Do not listen to your mind, train your mind to listen to you.

Meditation can improve your wellbeing and your health on so many different levels. It is a powerful practise that anybody can learn and benefit from enormously. It is based on creating an inner space and clarity by achieving an aligned connection between mind, body and spirit that will allow you to experience peace of mind, sense of wellbeing, positive thoughts and an overall peace of mind sensation.

While you will reach a state of deep relaxation you will observe, accept and let your thoughts and feelings go without judgement or guilt. The goal of meditation is not reaching a specific destination, but it experiencing a journey that with practice will become light and joyful.

How to meditate?

  • Start with short meditations
  • Choose a place that makes you feel calm
  • Find a comfortable position
  • You can play some soft meditation music
  • Take a deep breath
  • Close your eyes
  • Bring your focus on your breath
  • Do not try to control or empty your mind – when thoughts come in, observe them and let them go
  • Be relaxed
  • Stay in this state for as long as you wish. You can start with 5/10 minutes
